1) При глаголе suggest - предложить дополнение ("что предложить") может быть выражено придаточным дополнительным (that - clause), а также герундиальным оборотом (ing- clause): She suggested that we take her car/She suggested taking her car/She suggested our taking her car — Она предложила (нам) взять ее машину.
